Weight Training Workout with Christian Lombardo



This is a body weight training workout everyone can do at home with minimal equipment:

1. Chair Squat - Stand in fromt of chair and squat down till your butt
touches the chair and then squat back up. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
2. Pushup - Kneeling, floor or hands on elevated surface like a chair or
table. 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
3. Door Knob Pullup - Hold a door knob with left hand on left knob and
right hand of right knob, place feet straddled between the door and then
pull your self up and down. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
4. Step Up on a Chair 3 sets of 10 repetitions per leg
5. Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks - Do 5 sets of 30 seconds with 1 minute
rest
6. Water Bottle Bicep Curl - Hold a gallon water bottle with both hands
or smaller water bottle in each hands or if you are strong hold one
gallon of water in each hand 3 sets of 15 repetiions.
7. Water Bottle Overhead Tricep Extension - Hold a gallon water bottle
with both hands or smaller water bottle in each hands or if you are
strong hold one gallon of water in each hand 3 sets of 15 repetions.
8. Floor Crunch or Situp 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
