"Quick & Easy" Raw Food carbs

I sprout Wild Rice in a bowl of water overnight & then stir with walnuts, cranberries, diced red onion. Serve on baby spinach.

My “Sprouted Quinoa Pilaf” is a big hit. Soak 4 hours, rinse, sprout in the same bag for 24 hrs. Combine with Lemon & olive oil dressing, diced tomatoes, cukes, green onion, cilantro, parsley.

Have you tried the recipes for Buckwheat? Soak, rinse & combine with papaya or apple & almond milk as a breakfast; Or dehydrate for crunch.
